As a Coast Guard aircraft, the venerable Conwing L-16 would have been used for search and rescue missions in the days before the adoption of helicopters. Being a seaplane, the Conwing L-16 would also have flown a search pattern to find people in trouble. And once victims have been located, the L-16 would have landed in the water to deploy.

Conwing L-16. AKA the SEADUCK (with retractable landing gear!) When taking off from land, ACTIVATE group 2 then move VTOL slider to 25%, then DEACTIVATE group 2. Return VTOL slider to center, then ACTIVATE group 1, throttle up, take-off, slide VTOL slider to the top, and DEACTIVATE group 1. From water: same procedure, but raise gear before take.

Louie is expecting some special cargo so be careful and down blow up the plane. Just in case you miss, Baloo has one more trick up his sleeve. AG 2 and use vtol to throttle up the boost.

This model is made as a seaplane only with no retractable landing gears, due the fact that the linkage mechanism inside takes up almost all the space. Thanks to the implemented wheels, the plane floats very smoothly over each surface to ensure a good playability. Of course this Conwing L-16 is a construction toy, do not put it into water.
